this was the last day before break....put some stickers in some envelops and than put some paper inside of the envelops. we walk like 5 or 6 block giving flyers to the people and also write the name of the applicant in a paper.

This day we put aplication into the data base...after this we go out and walk like probably 2-4 blocks to give flyers and to talk to the people that was getting out the school with their parents and we worked on was in our organization myspace page. we add some people to the myspace page and also we edit the page like sara said.

How has the internship been the same as and/or different than your expectations?
My internship I think is little be different to what I was think about because i was thinking that the internship going to be more difficult or more complicate, but I don't work to much, is only three hours each day. Sometime I feel taried but is because I have to go to the same place every day except on friday.

we have a lot of fun....It was a such of big and pretty nice experience....We get to share time with other people around the hood. and it was a health fair where people decide to come and share time with us....We also envite them by giving flyers. Gaby came with me to my internship it was very cool day..

We work at making the flyers which we were goind to use at the health fair... We finished the flyers and then we make like 200 copy and also we work with cutting workshops.

third week assignment

Describe one significant activity or project that you have completed or are working on currently.

I'm working with resourch about information of differents deseases and then we will go to different school to explain them what are these desease and what are important about health insurance... Also how can prevent these deseases and protect us from them. we plan to go to my school and give workshops about the topic we have searchm and be part of some activity from school. we make a little skit about waht the pharmacer have to do when people don;t hace health insurance and what are the main things that he or she have to do as a pharmacer. we want to make a music video about the company we work for.

In the second week I know what I have to do, but in the first week I have to ask alot about what is the work about or how I have to do the work.

she is a very nice person, so friendly and she like help people with they problems about health insurance.

In the first day we look the place and the mentor explain what we go to do and what is this gourp about it.

I have so far making copy, put documents in order, take the applications people that apply to take help about health insurance and resourch information about disease to explain about it and to make the people understand why health insurence are important.

I like when I have to go outside we the flyer and give to the pharmacy and other thing that I like is take the aplication and put the information on the computer.

1-Tell a little about yourself.
I am a friendly person, I like make a lot friend...I like listen to music this is my hobby and also my favorite class is math... I am little be shy and i don't like talk to people that I don't know...

-What did you learn in the junior internship seminar class up to this point?
I learn the responsibility that you need to have with your work.

-What is your greatest fear about internship?
my greatest fear is that they would probably sent me to do something that i don't suppose to and then i do it.....

-What is your greatest hope for the internship?
my greatest hope is to have a good experiance and to learn more and more each day...


-What is your internship site and what are you going to do there? If you do not know, what do you think you will be doing?
My internship is about help people with thy health insurance or if they don't have health insurance they can apply for it. Also I have to do some call phone and make copies for some application.

-What will you miss about going to high school as you normally did for the last 2.5 years?
I will miss my freind, my teachers ....and also ummm somebody else.
